Daisuké at Bernhard Willhelm Men S/S show
We have recently blogged about our new frame DAISUKÉ, which we co-created in collaboration with Bernhard Willhelm. The oversized – or rather supersized visor was launched at Paris Fashion week in the Palais Brongniart, la Bourse, for the spring/summer season 2013. The name DAISUKÉ is inspired by the longstanding connection of Bernhard Willhelm to Japan – the country where the creative duo has all their designs made.
After graduating from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp in 1998, Bernhard joined forces with Jutta Kraus to set up his self-titled fashion label for launching four collections a year: two for men and two for women. They just launched a very special video, which portraits the S/S 13 show, with models lying statue-like on the floor or wandering around, carrying jars containing photographs of their selves. See the whole video here, starring DAISUKÉ:
If you like Bernhard’s style, check out their online shop with a few things on sale right now! See the whole collection on Bernhard Willhelm’s website.
